Communication and Outreach Specialist (COS)

Bachelor of Art degree, preferably in communication, journalism, or a PR related discipline. Experienced in design  and production of awareness/ promotion materials; public awareness and outreach programs.

Community Partnership Officer (CPO)

Social sciences degree with experience working in community development and planning practices, effective negotiation and mediation skills.

Research & Communication Officer (RCO)

Ecology, forestry conservation management related degree with experience working in natural resources management and development. Experience in identifying priority concervation issues; proven skills in developing conservation community strategy.

General Qualificatios:

Willing to stay in the field a long period or to travel frequently to the field.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required for position numbers 1,2,3; position numbers 4,5 and 6 require at least of relevant working experience

The post holder will assist with the implementation of SECO’s country program for Indonesia in the areas of private sector development, economic, governance and trade-related measure. This measure target for example, regulatory reform to improve the business and investment climate, corporate governance in companies and financial sector institutions, access to finance for SMEs integration of SMEs into global value chains, trade capacity building, application of standards and norms, and the promotion of social and environments.

Prospective candidates should have

University degree at post-graduate level or equivalent, in economics, development studies, political/social science or a related field.

Experience :

• Min of 5 years of professional Exp in the areas of private sector development, trade facilitation and economic policy.
• Practical know how of development cooperation. Demonstrated experience of program management. Knowledge of relevant actors in development cooperation in Indonesia
• Work experience with an international organization and/or private sector
• company.

Skills and competencies:

• Capacity to work independently and to interact with a board range of partners
• Good analytical & writing skills; ability to plan & organize work
• Excellent report-writing skills and good communication skills,
• Excellent command of English and Indonesian

Qualifications:
