Assistant Office Manager Vacancy
Mangrove Ecosystems Conservation and Sustainable Use in the ASEAN Region “ (MECS) Project, a new 3 years technical cooperation project by the Ministry of Forestry (MoF) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), announces for the titled vacancy (full time post) at its project office in Denpasar (the Core Office). MBCS sub-offices are located in Medan and Jakarta (MoF), and it is expecting multiple field sites across the country and in ASEAN.
Responsibilities The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible in assisting budget and finance, procurement, public relation, team assisting and general office management.
Selection Criteria University degree or equivalent: at least 3 years of relevant work experience: high fluency in spoken and written Indonesia and English (Above TOEFL iBt75/PBT 525 or equivalent level). Good communication and computer skills.
He/she is expected to start working from November under a renewable contract, with probation period of 3 months.
